AN ENGLISHMAN IN GIPPSLAND
Anthony Wignall (a.k.a Wiggy) has been a chef for over 17 years. Classically trained, he took his first head chef position at just 22 years old running a successful Mediterranean restaurant. He honed his skills at one of the best restaurants in Liverpool (his home city) before enjoying an exciting couple of years at the famous "Blue Mallard" in his home town.
From there he moved to Gippsland where he loves working with all the amazing local produce at his fingertips. Creating dishes and designing menus with local seasonal produce, he is relishing his opportunity to call the shots at his own restaurant.
