There are two access points to the picnic ground at the Agnes Falls - one is down some steps off the carpark, the other is through the gap beside the locked chained vehicle entry, beside the small "garden", and then walking down the pathway to the picnic shelter and grounds. This pathway is not flat, but could be managed with a walker (good footwear), or wheelchair with assistance.
The track along the river is flat, but the gradient up to the lookout areas are a little steep. Might need some assistance. The toilet block is easily accessed as it it is located directly on one side of the carpark.
